Well the call i been waiting for couple of weeks has finally arrived.  Sophia is not eligible for the program because they feel she is not so far behind.  I am happy in some way.  Because at least i know she is not so far behind.  Not the way everybody is telling me that she needs help.  Now i must do what i can to help more.  They did point out that she need to learn more action words like, play, eat, drink, sleep, go out…etc.  I am trying everyday.  To all the mother’s out there.  Have a little patient.  All kids will eventually talk.  Not to expect so much.  Every kids development are different.  You would only scare them if you push them too hard.

Halle Berry with Nahla Ariela 16 months

Is it just me or other peoples’ kids grow up much faster.  Like Jennifer Lopez twins.  The last time i remember, they were like couple months old.  And now, they look like mini Marc Anthony.  Out of all babies.  I love Halle Berry’s baby.  She is so beautiful!!!  But don’t get me wrong.  All babies are precious and special.  We love them just the way they are.  Whether they are kissing you or throwing tantrum.  We just can’t live without them.

Yesterday i met up with my gurl Wendy for couple of hours.  The weather matched how i felt inside.  Dark and cloudy,  not to mention it rain like it hasn’t rain for ages.  Usually i hate the rain.  I would tell people i’m allergic to the rain.  That’s how much i hate rain.  But it really didn’t matter to me yesterday.  I walked around like nothing.

Have you ever felt like your body is in one place and your mind is in another.  I know i had lunch, walked around, chatted with my gurl.  But my mind was actually blank, just blank.  Not really thinking about anything or feeling anything.  Not sad, mad, upset, nor happy.  Just plain old blank.  Just so tired.  Don’t want to do anything. Don’t want to think about anything.  Just BLANK.

Forever 21 once again has caught my attention.  They came out with Forever 21 Twist.  These outfit looks cute, gurly and fun.  The hair accessories makes the whole outfit complete.   For some reason, looking at these outfits makes me want to go to the circus.  Ticket for one please…keke

Sophia is going to turn two and a half next month.  She is no longer an infant who doesn’t know what is right and wrong.  I refuse to treat her like she’s 3 months old.  Her temperament is getting worst by the day.  If i don’t correct her now, i’m afraid i won’t be able to change her in the future.

Sophia and i went to Target to pick up some stuff for the house.  As we were passing by the toy section.  Sophia was pointing at the toys she wanted to play with.  Normally i don’t really mind letting her play with the toys there.  But she wanted everything there.  So i said ” No! Just one ”  Then that’s when she started screaming and crying. To teach her a lesson.  I actually let her cry it out.  I thought she would stop after i ignore her.  But the crying continue non-stop.  People even gave me nasty looks.

Truthfully, i don’t blame them for giving me nasty look.  The sound of kids crying could really make people go crazy.  Not to mention Sophia have one of those high pitch voice, which doesn’t make the situation any better.  But should i give in her bad way and let her do whatever she like just because we are outside?!  I know what you must be thinking.  Do your learning lesson at home.  The thing is, she doesn’t act up when she’s home.

I ended up letting her cry the whole 30 mins in Target.  She never stop but i never gave in either. Now i just hope she knows better next time when she goes out.  No means no.
