Early Intervention Program
Sophia will be turning 2 and a half in August. But her speech development is definitely not like any other two and a half years old. Which got me worry. Everybody tells me is ok, they will eventually catch up. ( We speak two languages at home ) But why sit there and wait when there’s help outside.
Recently Sophia’s doctor suggested me to enroll her in a free program called Early Intervention from Happy Dragon.
This is for ages 0-3 yrs old. It helps toddlers who may have delay in speech development or other topic. Is located in New York but i am sure there’s similar program in other states. What so great about this program is that they come to your house to meet with you and your toddler. To do different examination to see what each toddlers needs are and then target them. Is one on one three times a week. What more can a mother ask for when they come to your house to help your child.
