Go! Go! Go!

What is the appropriate age to bring a toddler to movie theater? I guess when they are able to sit still at home watching their cartoon network.
I think Sophia is ready or shall i say. You would never know until you try! Decided to bring Sophia to watch the Ice Age in movie theater for the very first time. First time taking the New York subway and first time in movie theater. I must say, i was a little worry the night before. I didn’t know how she would reaction on the subway, but she took it pretty good. I guess it was a new environment, she sat next to me quietly the whole 45 mins train ride.
We made it to the movie theater in one piece and got a small popcorn. She ate it like it was the best stuff on earth. She ended up eating half of the bag all by herself. I’m amazed how could a little girl stuffed all those popcorn in one sitting.
Since it was an early showing, there wasn’t a lot of people inside the theater. And no one sat near us, either they know kids could be loud or they just wanted their own space. Regardless, more space for us! She was pretty good sitting in her sits munching away her popcorn, but 45 minutes into the movie. Sophia decided that it was time to go. She said ” Go! Go! Go! ” We left the movie without finishing it. I didn’t want to force her to stay. Going to movie suppose to be fun not a torture.
Overall, i was pretty proud of my little one. And i did enjoy the 45 minutes. It made Sophia laugh even though she had no idea what they were saying. That is good enough for me.
