I love buying new makeup products just to try it out. The newest product i am so loving is the gel eyeliner by Maybelline.  The color is very intense.  Is really smudge proof and water proof. ( I took a shower without taking off the eyeliner and came out looking like how i went in.)  And the brush that it comes with is really fine so you could draw the finest line without messing up.  I would give this product a 4 star out of 5.  My advise is that you MUST use makeup remover to remove the gel.

As the weather gets colder.  My dry skin gets worst.  So i would need a thicker concealer.  I found Stila Perfecting concealer in Sephora.  It is exactly what i was looking for.  Is thick and creamy.  It works great hiding my dark circles and i mean i have some really dark circle.  You just have to find the right shade of course.  I suggest you to the store instead ordering it online.  Is best you try it in the store.

Is the holiday.  And i am feeling a little bling bling lately.  As i was browsing in Target.  Found this eye shadow by Sonia Kashuk.  It comes in four color.  All of them which gives your eyes the sparkle effect.  Like you sprinkle some glitter in your eyes.  Try it out.  Apply them in the inner corner of your eyes. It gives your eyes just the right touch of bling and wakes your eyes up.

This week i bought a new mineral powder foundation for fun. So the sales recommend me to try their Elizabeth Arden Pure Finish Mineral Powder Foundation SPF 20. I actually really like it. It comes in 9 shades. It’s light and comfortable. It matches my skin tone perfectly. I do recommend letting them help you find your shades. I thought i had the perfect shade, but they even found a better shades that matches perfectly to my skin tone. So ask and let them try it on you.

Everybody knows how much i love the book Twilight.  Once you start reading into the  first couple of chapter, i promise you.  You won’t be able to put the book down.

Either way, now they are coming out with a line of makeup inspire by the movie. The collection will be launching this fall just in time for the film’s latest installment, New Moon, when it hits theaters November 20th. And this is no mini-collection! Developed in conjunction with DuWop founder Christina Bartolucci, the line will feature 70 products, running the gamut from metallic mascaras to eye primers. The collection will be split into two distinct lines, Luna Twilight, a prestige brand which will reflect the spirit of the films’ female characters, and Volturi Twilight, a lower-priced collection emblazoned with the Volturi family crest, like this Enrapture lip gloss in Obsess. The line will launch September 15th in stores and online at Dillard and Nordstrom, as well as TwilightBeauty.com.

We all love Dolce & Gabbana clothing line. Now they are going to come out with their makeup line which i cannot wait.  The Italian design duo told WWD that Scarlett Johansson will be the face of the new collection, which had input from legendary makeup artist Pat McGrath. “We see makeup as another thing for women, like a dress. We worked on the makeup line like we work on a clothing collection — you can change makeup like you can change your clothes, depending on your mood,” Stefano Gabbana told WWD. The makeup will be packaged in glossy gold slipped into gold pouches, with colors taking inspiration from the Mediterranean (think deep blues and golds). The lipsticks will be scented with rose. “We wanted to create makeup with a scent. The products are set to launch for spring with prices ranging from $20 for nail lacquer to $59 for powder foundation.

Thanks to my gf Wendy who hooked me up with Clinique Superbalanced Powder Makeup SPF 15.   I love their smart technology.  Keeps dry areas comfortable, oily areas less shiny. No-waste grinder dispenses skin-defending vitamins with each twist. Fresh-shaved mineral powder clings evenly to skin. I twist whatever amount i need.  It stays clean in my makeup bag.  Can’t go wrong with SPF 15 protection in the summer.  I’m using Natural 2.  It matches perfectly with my skin tone.

I’m going to order another one.  The only place i could find it right now is at Nordstrom for $34.50.
